About Cross-Sell Add-Ons Module (Room upgrades, transfers)

A branded upsell page presented to the guest after a Profitroom booking is confirmed, offering room upgrades, early check-in, late check-out, airport transfers, breakfast packages, spa credits and F&B vouchers. Upgrade offers are dynamically priced against the live room-type inventory pulled from Profitroom, so the guest only sees the categories that are actually available on their dates. Successful upsells are written back to the reservation in Profitroom as add-ons or as an upgraded room type with the delta invoiced correctly. Every offer, view, click and conversion is tracked so you can A/B-test copy, pricing and imagery. Typical hotels see incremental revenue of €4–€11 per booking. Requires an active Profitroom account with API access enabled.
