About Twilio SMS Confirmation Extension

A messaging extension that hooks into the Profitroom reservation lifecycle and dispatches SMS through your Twilio account. Templates cover booking confirmation, reminder at H−48, check-in instructions at H−4, check-out thanks and NPS survey at D+1. Merge tags pull guest name, room type, arrival date, confirmation number, WiFi password and any custom field maintained in Profitroom. Two-way replies are captured in a shared inbox with round-robin assignment to the front-desk team and full audit trail per guest. Includes short-URL rewriting with click tracking, delivery-status pass-through from Twilio and per-market sender-ID configuration for markets that require alphanumeric IDs. Requires a Twilio account (BYO API credentials) and an active Profitroom account with API access enabled.
