About Migration Wizard from Legacy PMS

A one-shot migration engagement that transfers your historical reservations, future bookings on the books, guest profiles, rate plans, room types and inventory calendars from a legacy system (Opera PMS, Mews, Cloudbeds, Little Hotelier, Hotelogix or a raw CSV export) into your Profitroom account. The migration runs first in a staging Profitroom sandbox where you validate a diff-and-check report on data integrity, key counts and financial totals. After written sign-off, we replay into production during your chosen maintenance window. Each engagement includes a field-mapping worksheet, a data-quality report, a seven-day rollback safety net and one hour of live handover with your revenue and front-office leads. Billed as a single fixed fee — no subscription. Requires an active Profitroom account with API access enabled.
