REST API Custom Webhooks Extension

A developer-oriented webhook layer that subscribes to reservation events in your Profitroom account — created, modified, cancelled, checked-in, checked-out, no-show — and posts them to any REST endpoint you configure. Payloads are JSON-normalised, HMAC-SHA256 signed with per-endpoint secrets and delivered with an exponential-backoff retry ladder of up to 24 hours. A visual field-mapper lets you rename, drop or transform payload fields without writing code, and a JSON-schema editor supports advanced transformations. Every delivery is logged with request headers, response body and downstream HTTP status for 30 days, so you can debug failing integrations without touching Profitroom or your own logs. Ideal for feeding data warehouses, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), housekeeping tools or custom internal systems. Requires an active Profitroom account with API access enabled.
